Food - Vitamins

Vitamin A is for skin health and infections and essential for night vision.
Vitamin C is essential for the immune system and making collagen for healthy joints and protects against cancer and heartdisease.
Vitamin D is important for maintenance of healthy bones.
Calcium is necessary for a healthy heart as well as bones.
Zinc is essential for growth and healing.
Omega 3 is needed for a healthy heart
